The owner at reception was such a lovely, charming gentleman, and that really made our stay in Urbino feel extra special. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the pool was immaculate too.

Marco and Andrea were so kind and helpful, and the dinners they arranged and cooked for our group were fantastic and really affordable. The family run atmosphere was welcoming, and the views were amazing. I highly recommend staying here.

Urbino is close by, which makes the location very convenient. We stayed three nights, though the service could have been better, with the dinner staff seeming unprepared. The room felt very dated, even down to its 1970s TV, and it was dirty. The mattress was uncomfortable enough that I woke with a backache.

The owner was very kind and helpful, and I had a great stay. It's easy to reach, with convenient private parking, and the center is very close despite all the greenery around it. The rooms are simple but clean. I'd gladly come back and recommend it.
