Roberta welcomed us at the door and was so courteous and professional. The apartment itself was stunning, with everything working and all the essentials there, even a washing machine. Just top-notch, maximum standards. Thanks so much.

The only thing we missed was a place to dry our ski boots. Otherwise, the apartment was spacious, well equipped and had a lovely atmosphere and great views. It’s close to the center and the town’s largest supermarket, and private parking and laundry facilities were a real plus.

They advertise the property on Airbnb, then cancel after you book and send you an offer to reserve through their own website at a much higher price. The offer they sent was for the dates I had already chosen, but two days later they changed their booking policy as well. Really frustrating, especially since the offer came from them.

I found them completely unreliable. Once a listing is booked, they take it down and repost it at a higher price. If you get in touch, they blame third parties. Better to avoid them.

The hostess was there with the keys when we arrived, and the apartment was lovely, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We also had stunning views. A wonderful stay, and I’d happily recommend it.
