The location made getting around easy: step outside, cross the road, and you’re in the city center. The bus stop is only a minute away too, handy if you want to go farther. Almost all the staff speak English, so it’s easy to communicate. That was a big plus in Italy. The room was cozy and had what we needed. Whenever we left to ski, we dropped the key at reception, and came back to a cleaned room, made beds, emptied bins, and fresh soap if we’d used theirs, all without an extra charge. The food was delicious, and for a 3-star hotel it felt more like a 4- or 5-star experience. The waitresses were polite and nicely dressed, checked that everything was okay, and had a sense of humor. I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was so good I had to.

What stood out most was how the people here looked after us. The staff welcomed us with real warmth and honest smiles, and the whole stay felt joyful. It’s a family run hotel, warm and cozy, with quality throughout both inside and outside. The food was fantastic, with a very natural feel and a wide selection. I’ve never wanted to return to a hotel so much before. Hopefully I can visit again next year. Thank you for everything, and all the best.

We were looked after from the moment we arrived right through checkout. The room was comfortable and very clean, and both the food and staff were amazing. A hidden gem, we’ll definitely come back.
