Ben fit us in at the last minute and was the friendliest hotel manager I’ve ever met, in my opinion. The customer service was amazing. We stayed four nights and I’ve never felt so comfortable in a hotel. It was incredibly clean, with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and more. There was also a great restaurant nearby. I highly recommend it for your next visit to Miami.

Too many mirrors, for some reason. I’d call this a 3 star hotel, not a 4, and wouldn’t recommend it.

The website says pets are allowed, but when I called to check, they told me it’s only small dogs. They need to change the information on the site!

The staff were very kind, and the parking felt safe. A very good location for work.
