A good, new place at an affordable price. It's easy to come and go without needing to deal with anyone, so arriving late or leaving early is no problem. If bus 14 isn't running on Sundays, town is quite far away, though still manageable. The only issue was that we had no hot water for a proper bath. These things happen, I guess. There is a water vending machine.

There was no power in the room. When we tried to switch it on at the fuse box, one of us got electrocuted. We couldn't use any of the cooking equipment for the food we'd bought. We messaged the hotel, but they only replied at 11pm, after we'd already been there six hours, saying, “sorry, sometimes these things happen.” They offered to charge our phones in another room across the hotel and refused any kind of refund. Save yourself the time and money and book somewhere else.

The walls were dirty and stained, though the rest of the room was alright. I wouldn't book before November 8 because it can get really cold.

We were charged even though we never stayed there. The owner wouldn't respond to our requests. A terrible experience.

The room was modern and very clean, and it's a reasonable distance from Pisa's old center. Just be aware that breakfast isn't offered.
