It’s unbelievable that this happened. We’d arranged by phone to collect the key after an incident, but our guests were left out in torrential rain without any help. They found someone at the property, but nobody called them. They were completely abandoned and had to look for new accommodation. We also ended up making a terrible impression.

After a lot of trouble trying to reach the owner by phone, with no answer or call back and her phone turned off several times, we arrived in torrential rain and couldn’t find her anywhere. Our belongings were left out in the street. We were wet and unfamiliar with the area, so we had to find somewhere else to stay. We never heard from her again. Shameful and unacceptable!

We had a peaceful weekend at this lovely, relaxing property. The room was clean and the hospitality was great. I recommend this guesthouse if you’re passing through Pisa.

The owners were kind and very helpful, and the atmosphere was truly relaxing. We had a pleasant stay in a comfortable place with clean rooms and a welcoming garden. We’ll definitely come back.

Hi, I tried calling the number listed on Google, but it says it doesn’t exist. What number should I use to reach you?
