The kitchen could use better equipment, and we hadn't realized two people would be sleeping on the couch instead of having four beds. For just one night it worked, though it wasn't very comfortable. The place is handy for the city center and fine for an overnight stay. The beach is around a 30-minute drive away.

There was everything we needed, and the place was clean and nice. The AC worked well and the Wi-Fi was good. It's also in a convenient local area, with shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby, and close to the train station, Pisa center, and the attractions. I'd definitely recommend it.

The location worked well, between the station and town, with shops and restaurants not far away. There's a really nice cafe down the road toward the station that I'd recommend. Check-in using the lock box was easy, and the free Wi-Fi was useful. It's a basic, affordable place that works for a group looking for a cheap base, but I hope they give it a deep clean. The main bathroom on the ground floor in apartment 1 had black mould all over it. The floors and mirrors also had visible stains, though the sheets and towels were clean. The kitchen had pans, a microwave, plates, cutlery, and a moka, but no coffee, kettle, olive oil, balsamic, or black pepper. There was only one sharp knife. I left some pepper for the next guest. There weren't any local tips or welcoming touches either. I guess you get what you pay for, but being cheap doesn't excuse the mould.
