BEWARE, IT'S VERY, VERY NOISY. It was insane. Neither my partner nor I could sleep until the car park outside quieted down around 3am. Even with the windows closed, you could hear so much. We hadn't realized there was a main car park right outside the room. The photos on the official website also didn't look like the actual building. This definitely wasn't the former place described on the website.

Genny at reception was really efficient. The rooms are tastefully put together, and the B&B is right in the heart of Pisa. Parking was fairly easy to find, though you pay at the cash machines.

The continental breakfast was fine, and the receptionist was friendly. Inside, it's nicely decorated and very clean, with an easy location to reach. The bathroom is tiny, though, and being beside a car park made it noisy at night. For the price, I expected a bit more despite the convenient location.

The people working there were really attentive, and the place itself is beautiful and romantic. Free parking was hard to find, and on the one night we stayed, young people played loud techno outside the house. I'd still come back.

I had some lovely days here. The park just across the road is lovely, and the place is right in the centre. My room looked stunning, especially the ceiling and furnishings, and everything was immaculate. The staff made us feel very welcome. Thank you!
