Sabina made self check-in really easy, and the service was lovely. The room was clean, with working AC that also heated the room. There was bottled water and snacks for our arrival, and breakfast was included, with sweet biscuits, croissants, milk, and coffee to choose from. For the price, it was a good stay. The location was the part we liked least: it took us 45 minutes to walk there from Pisa Centrale, and the nearest bus stop was a 5-10 minute walk away. It’s a bit far if you’re making trips from there each day, though it was fine for one night. Thanks, Sabina, for looking after us so well.

Sabina and Giorgia were so kind and friendly, and the room was incredibly clean. The place is also just a 10-minute walk from the Tower of Pisa. We had an amazing stay. Thanks for everything!

It’s an old house, but it’s been kept in good condition. The self check-in instructions were very clear, which made arriving late easy. Having the bathroom outside the room was a little uncomfortable, even though it was private.

A clean, comfortable, family-run B&B and good value. The breakfast was very basic, but that didn’t bother me. It’s handy for a quick Pisa visit, about five minutes from the train station and under a 10-minute walk to the Leaning Tower.
