We stayed one night in Pisa and found it affordable. We weren’t expecting a five-star stay. It’s in a residential building where the owner has turned two or three rooms into a B&B. The location is good, about a 5-10 minute walk from Pisa Train station. The room was basic and had A/C. The owner supplied towels. We brought our own soap and shampoo, though the bathroom had bottles of both to use. They weren’t individually packaged.

For a quick stop before or after a flight or train, the location is handy: the airport is a 20-minute walk away, and the station is right outside. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, though the bathroom was tiny and more worn than the rest. Breakfast was very basic, but the proper cappuccino was a real plus. You’re mostly paying for the location and cleanliness. I’d recommend it for a short stay, but the price feels high for this standard, so I can’t rate it higher.

I asked the hotel to hold my luggage, but Scotto threw it away and refused to reimburse me. It was an awful experience, and I strongly advise against booking here.
