HOTIDAY Room Collection - Pisa

A fair price for spacious rooms and a beautiful view. A great place to stay!

Apartment 111, for anyone curious, was spacious and comfortable, with all the basics provided: soap, shampoo, a hair dryer and towels in the bathroom. The bedroom had a comfortable double bed, a smart TV and nightlights. There was also a living room with another smart TV, a water heater, and tea and coffee making facilities, though the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable. The staff were very friendly. Highly recommended!

The pool was beautiful and easy to use until evening, towels were available right from reception, and the staff were always friendly. The modern room had a coffee machine with capsules and a well-stocked minibar, though we didn't use anything from it. One issue: water escaped from the shower stall and flooded the area whenever you showered. Putting towels around it helped, but you shouldn't have to deal with that in a hotel.

The location is reasonable, about a 25-minute walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The furniture was new and the bedding comfortable, but that doesn't make this a luxury hotel. The price should match the service, so don't expect more. Our room stayed at 26 degrees Celsius despite the air conditioning, which ran noisily all night without cooling it down. There was a clump of hair behind the bathroom door, the shower was stuck on the hand shower, and the cleaner came in at 9:20 a.m. after barely knocking. No bottled water was provided. This isn't a five-star hotel.
