The team were lovely and did their best to help us feel comfortable. The cleaning ladies were among the best I’ve met, and the service was excellent, including a free airport transfer. The building needs maintenance, though. Our first room had very noisy bed springs and an outdoor door that kept banging and waking our baby, so staff moved us the next day. The bed in the new room still squeaked, and sound carried badly through the thin walls. We heard neighbors talking and snoring, and people banging doors at night. A few quiet-hours signs might help, but some structural work is needed.

Very clean room, a good size for two, and a convenient location. The front desk and cleaning crew were super friendly and helpful. Hospitality was great.

Parking was great, and the location by the river, at the start of the restricted area, was handy. Breakfast was pretty good, though I never got an espresso because the machine wasn’t working. Nothing was really bad, but there’s room to improve: the room was a good size, the air conditioning felt a bit weak, and the bathroom could use remodeling, even though it worked fine for me.

A lovely little hotel, very clean and close to the tourist spots. My only gripe was the room: it was small and dark, and there was no air conditioning.

Nothing was really wrong, but it wasn’t memorable either. The room was good enough, the staff handled things fine, and breakfast was okay. We were there for just one night. I’d probably book again if it were the cheapest option.
