Adrianus Hotel

The staff were the best part of our stay. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful, and they even insisted on bringing our luggage to the room. The floor staff were lovely too. The four high pillows I’d requested were there, and I appreciated the extra hairdryer. There were some good points in the room, including the large shower and tiled floor, but the shower enclosure hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly, with deposits built up at the top and bottom. The sink drain was slow and left water sitting there, so it needs more regular attention. The bathroom lighting was too dim for doing makeup, and I only noticed imperfections once I was in natural light. The room was smaller than it looked in the booking photos. It was generally clean, but the white walls had black streaks and the bedside lamp started flickering after a few minutes. There was also a strong air freshener smell that lingered and bothered me. We’d asked for a double bed, but it was two singles pushed together, leaving an uncomfortable dip in the middle at night. Breakfast was average, and I missed having croissants. The basement smelled strongly of cigarettes for about 15 minutes, which also affected my impression. This could be a very good hotel thanks to the staff, but it needs better maintenance and attention to detail to justify the price.

Breakfast was really nice, and the staff were so kind. The hotel is lovely and perfectly placed for walking to all the popular sights. I’d definitely stay here again.

The staff were really friendly, especially the man at reception at the Navona Hotel, where breakfast is served. Breakfast was great, too. The place was clean, spacious, and beautiful, and the location couldn't be better. If I come back to Rome, I'm sure I'll stay here again.

All the sights you really want to see are close enough to reach on foot. The hotel's location was just perfect, and I'd recommend it for a satisfying trip to Rome.
