The host was really friendly, and the room was spotless and spacious. It took the air conditioning about an hour to get the room comfortable because it struggled to cool it down. The location is great, though some people may not feel comfortable walking along the street after dark. Breakfast was pretty light, even for Italy, just self-serve instant coffee and a few breads in plastic wrappers. I'd call this more of a guest house than a B&B. The rooms are one floor up from ground level, with no elevator. We couldn't get a crib because another guest had already asked for it.

We loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone spending a while in Pisa. The owner was kind and really helpful, and communication with him was perfect. He kept checking whether we needed anything. The rooms were bright and very clean. The apartment has a kitchen, and every room has its own bathroom, also spotless. It's close to the city center.

Spacious, clean, and good value for the money. The doors are really thin, though, so you can hear a lot and it's not very quiet.

The welcome was warm and friendly. Everything was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed, and the train station is only a five-minute walk away. I'll definitely come back.
