Four weeks after I booked my room and planned the trip, the accommodation cancelled my stay. The reason they gave was “closure of accommodation, temporary or permanent,” apparently to meet Booking terms and conditions for cancelling stays. I could have accepted that if they hadn’t immediately put the same room back up for the same date at a higher price. It feels like an unfair way to raise the rate. They should stick to the price we agreed on and use new prices for new bookings. After reading the other reviews here, I’m actually glad they cancelled. I wouldn’t want to stay there now.

The building is really old, and the apartment didn’t look very clean. It’s quite large, with a shared kitchen, though. The location is excellent, about 10-15min from both the Tower and central station.

Bed bug infestation!!!! The host was incredibly unresponsive too. Do NOT stay here.

For somewhere so central, it was very reasonably priced. The place was spacious, clean, and well kept, and the host communicated well with clear instructions. Great stay.
