We spent two nights here. The room was spacious and clean, and the lady working there was nice. The location was good and close to everything. The one drawback was how clearly you could hear sounds from the corridor and outside the hotel.

We arrived around 9pm to find there was no room, even though our reservation was confirmed. The person helping us called another worker to figure out what had happened. It turned out the other staff already knew there was no room, but nobody had taken the initiative to sort it out or address the problem before we arrived. We were stressed about finding somewhere to sleep. The worker tried to help by offering another room, but it had no bathroom, which wasn’t what we’d booked. I appreciate that person’s effort, but it couldn’t make up for the staff being incompetent. This could have been avoided if people hadn’t been lazy and ignored the issue.

Our room was clean, and the hotel is surrounded by restaurants, just seven minutes from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. We stayed two nights. The only thing we didn’t like was how clearly we could hear people talking and walking in the corridor.

The Tower is nearby, and there are food places and bars close too. The rooms are small but nice, about what you’d expect from a two-star place.

The room was clean and really good, and the staff made us feel welcome. It’s a very nice hotel right in the centre. Highly recommend it!
