I live in the building when I’m in Italy, though I’m not an AirBnB guest. I know it’s a good one.

There’s also a lounge where you can relax. A great place to stay, with loads of space and a fair price for the location.

A wonderful place to stay in a central location.

The room was spacious, and the air conditioning stayed on high without making us cold. We only spent one night here, but the shared kitchen on our floor was handy, with dishes, a microwave, a capsule coffee machine, and even olive oil. The station is about a 20-minute walk away, and the Leaning Tower is 10 minutes on foot.

The building is lovely and the location works well for reaching the center and the tower. The rest of my stay was disappointing. My room had a bathroom adapted for people with disabilities, but the toilet leaked, the seat was broken or faulty, and there was a strong, suffocating urine smell. Cooking smells from the open kitchen came straight through the uninsulated door, along with a lot of noise. I also found plenty of dust under the bed, dirty walls, no bin in the room, and uncomfortable beds.
