L'Incanto Di Boccadarno

We had a really nice stay. The hotel had a cute feel and a lovely atmosphere, and it was close to the beach with good parking. The staff were helpful and genuinely interested in their guests. They spoke English very well, so communication was easy.

We were kindly allowed to leave a day early because of the bad weather. The area is full of great restaurants, and whichever one you pick should be a good choice. The location works especially well for the tourist harbour, though it’s less suited to beach days since most of the nearby coast is rocky. There’s a tiny sandy patch close by, but I’d only suggest it for families with very small children, as rocks enclose the area and the water is only a few centimetres deep. We loved our stay. The marble and stone interiors may look dated, but they’re typical of this region.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and parking costs 10 eur when you book the room through booking.com. We stayed just one night. The hotel is near the village’s northern end, and the rooms feel old-fashioned and sparsely furnished. There were locked kitchen doors, like in the picture, which didn’t make the place feel very cosy.

The rooms were light, and parking was easy. It’s a well-run, friendly Residenza with kitchenettes, just 50 metres from the seafront. We could walk straight out to swim at the public sandy beach, then come back for breakfast at the hotel bar, with freshly cooked croissants, juice and a hot drink.
