A handy place if you’re arriving by car, since there’s free parking on the property. The room and bathroom were really clean, and the towels were clean too. The host is close to the centre of Pisa, just 4 km away or about a 10-minute drive. I’d recommend this host!

There’s no breakfast, though you can buy coffee and croissants from the vending machine. We stayed in the building about 200 m from the main one. The street was fairly quiet and we could park right there, or take the car to the main building, where a gate closes at night. The rooms have country-style decor but very little furniture: a bed, small table and chair, and a large wardrobe. With no carpets or curtains, sound echoes in from other rooms. The air-conditioning unit was old and very noisy.

A convenient base for a visit to the Pisa tower. You can park easily and safely behind a fence and gate. The staff were friendly, and the hotel manager spoke enough English for basic things.
