We got good value for the price. Marcella was really kind, and the room was very clean. The place is also really close to piazza dei Miracoli, by the Tower.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the owner was friendly and kind. The location worked well too, about 10 minutes from the center of Pisa.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was excellent. My room and bathroom were spotless, and the TV, WiFi, and air conditioning all worked. It’s a comfortable B&B a short distance from Gamerra, and you can pay by card. I held back the fifth star because I found the place hard to locate. I didn’t ask, but I don’t think there’s parking. Recommended.

Parking is available right beneath the B&B, and the staff made us feel welcome and at home. The room had all the comforts we needed, and the bathroom was clean and in excellent shape. It’s also only a short walk from the center of Pisa.

The room was clean, and the bathroom was spacious. As for what to call it, guesthouse or B&B, you’re renting a room in someone’s house either way. Breakfast is offered at certain times, but isn’t always available, so ask ahead if you want it.
