The people running this place made a frightening time in Italy much easier for my wife. While I was hospitalized for six weeks with double pneumonia and a triple bypass, Federico and his Christina supported her with real compassion. When I was released and joined her, I saw their concern for us firsthand. We left very early, and Federico even made sandwiches for our trip home. The B&B also felt like a lovely retreat. Our modern room was furnished to a high standard, and its small kitchenette made it feel more like home. It opened onto a shaded patio in a peaceful walled garden. The owner’s sister Federica has decorated the shared spaces with personal touches. Breakfast in the sunny solarium, with fresh pastries and eggs cooked to order, was a highlight of my recovery. It’s a handy base for Pisa and nearby historic sites. We’ll definitely return, and recommend it wholeheartedly.

Breakfast was a treat, with eggs, homemade cakes, coffee, bread and toast. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the bed is comfortable. The welcome is kind, and the elegant interior has a great feel. There’s a lovely perfume as soon as you enter, apparently a famous one from Grasse, France. The area is peaceful too. You feel welcomed by a Chatelain and Chatelaine. I’d recommend the hotel for families, business trips, or a stay with friends.

The breakfast was delicious, with homemade pastries and international options made from fresh, good-quality ingredients. Federico and his family are respectful and so welcoming. The rooms are spotless and well organized, with quality things throughout, from the sheets to the shower gel and shampoos. Best B&B I’ve stayed in!

The owner’s family were so friendly and helpful, and breakfast had everything we needed. Our room was lovely and clean. We had a great stay and can recommend this B&B 100%.
