The location is great, close to the tower, and Francesco was very nice and ready to help with information. I loved the room’s palazzo look and the furniture and decorations. Although it’s in an old building, there was no dampness, musty smell, or mold, which is a big plus. The bathroom was also very large and nice. Definitely my top choice for a stay in Pisa.

Francesco was really friendly and gave us helpful tips. He even kept our luggage on checkout day, although that wasn’t part of the service. The room came with bottled water and a coffee machine. Both the room and the new bathroom were super clean, and the room smelled nice.

Francesco made booking and checking in easy, and was a charming, helpful source of ideas for things to see and places to eat. He also arranged a very late check-in, after midnight, which we really appreciated. My husband and I spent four nights in the ground floor mini suite at Lo Strullo. It was spotless and nicely decorated, right in central Pisa with everything we needed within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

We had to find somewhere in Pisa at the last minute after our passports and all our belongings were stolen at the airport hire car park. The host helped us so much with everything, and we’re very grateful. The building is stunning and the accommodation clean and well run. We only wish we could have stayed longer. We did manage to get emergency passports from the embassy in Rome, too.

Everything was spotless, and they changed the linen midweek. We had a lovely welcome and everything we needed in the apartment. Breakfast was provided, which was a nice bonus. It worked really well for our five-night stay, with the tower, restaurants, shops, and train station all a short walk away. We were well looked after and would highly recommend the apartment and its location. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely place.
