Luca always makes me feel welcome and at home, with no pressure at all. I’ve stayed many times and this will always be my first choice. My Mama lived in Pisa for many years and only had good things to say about it, so I’ve got a real passion for this place. Thank you, Luca, for making each visit so welcoming and memorable. The location makes it easy to get around, especially on a short trip when you don’t want to be far from the airport. The bus stop is a five-minute walk, Pisa station is 15 minutes away on foot, and the tower takes about 10. Shops, bars, restaurants, churches and the square are all within walking distance. If you’re heading further afield, leaving for the station at 7am gives you time to catch a train to Firenze SMN and then carry on to the sea. The beach near Pisa is lovely too, with some sand and some stones, and lovely water. The views are amazing, the showers are very clean, and the basics are all there, including shampoo, sapone and a hairdryer. Beyond having room service and an en suite, this place beats a five-star hotel for me. It feels more like home.

I felt safe here, and the service was friendly and welcoming. The self check-in instructions were clear and sent ahead of time. Everything was clean and well organised, and the shared bathrooms were roomy. I never had to wait during my stay. The room had a comfortable bed, a wardrobe with hangers and shelves, a desk and chair, and bedside tables with lamps. All the basics were there. Restaurants are just around the corner, so I didn’t miss having a kitchen. The place is right by the river Lugarno, a short walk from the iconic Pisa Tower and the railway station. I’d recommend You & Me and would definitely stay here next time I’m in Pisa.

As two young people on our first holiday in Pisa, my friend and I felt safe both in the guest house and around the area. The host was lovely, friendly and great at keeping in touch. The place was spotless, with spacious rooms and plenty of storage. The bathroom and shower room were just as clean. It’s in a great spot for getting around on foot, about 20 minutes to the airport and 10 to the Leaning Tower. Grazie🫶🏼

We stayed six nights and used Pisa as a base for trips to cinque terre, Florence and Lucca by train. The location is perfect, near the center and an easy walk to the central station. Our riverside room had stunning city views, and the shared bathroom was clean and spacious. Check-in was easy, and the host was responsive. Would recommend!

Everything went smoothly, and the owner was really kind and accommodating. The hotel was easy to find, very clean, and smelled so good. The price was great too. We’ll definitely stay here again when we come back.
