We had a baby with us and felt very welcome. They let us use the microwave to warm baby food, which was helpful. The room was clean, though the toilet flush stopped working that evening. We skipped breakfast since it seemed very Italian 🙂

We enjoyed sitting and relaxing in the garden. The owner provided excellent service, and I'd recommend the breakfast too. It's just outside central Pisa, but an easy walk into town.

The person running the hotel was lovely and arranged our arrival over WhatsApp, then stayed available for questions. The room had everything we needed, and the bathroom was new and very clean. We could hear people in the corridor, but it didn't bother us. The garden was gorgeous, with trees, flowers, wooden furniture, tables and chairs, and a swing. We were even able to eat breakfast outside. During the pandemic, we also appreciated having a designated breakfast time. We parked for free on the road outside.

Carlo and his family were very nice, and breakfast was good. We were a family of five and had a lovely stay. The children enjoyed the garden, while we liked being able to visit the busy centre of Pisa and then come back to the quiet of the b&b. It's also very close to the tower.

The rooms were clean and pleasant, and we liked the beautiful garden. There were lots of free parking spaces as well. The owners and staff were very nice and understood English well. We were very satisfied with our overnight stay and the excellent breakfast. I'd recommend it to families, small groups, or solo travellers.
