The location is great and the staff are friendly, with good value for money. The room had no fridge, and the air conditioning barely cooled it. Both the room and hotel felt very old-fashioned, though they were kept reasonably clean. I wouldn't call it a three-star hotel.

Our two single rooms were a surprise: both were spacious and had double beds, and each room had everything I needed. One of them had an amazing view of the top of the Leaning Tower, depending on which room you get. The staff were great and sorted out a small issue right away. For the price, it's a bargain: a comfortable room in a prime location. There's some noise outside because it's in the tourist area, but things quiet down later at night. The hotel was lovely. I'd recommend it to friends and would definitely stay again.

With young children, being only a two-to-four-minute walk from the tower was absolutely brilliant. There were plenty of restaurants and shops a short distance away too. It's a great budget-friendly option, and breakfast was included. My partner said the cappuccino was the best they'd ever had.

The view of the tower was gorgeous 😍. The hotel was clean and good, and the rooms were basic but felt safe.

It was great being so close to the Leaning Tower, just about a block away on foot. My room was small, but it had its own bathroom, which not every room did. Great stay!
