Residenza d'Epoca - B&B Santa Caterina

We both felt we couldn’t have picked a better place. The landmarks are only a short walk away, and the room was beautiful, with a very comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom. The host was kind and attentive, and the air conditioning worked well, which made a big difference on summer nights. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was the highlight, with a lovely spread that had something for everyone: cakes, fruit, cheese, prosciutto, coffee, tea, juice, and lots of variety. We were very well looked after, and got fantastic restaurant recommendations too. The hotel is in a peaceful spot away from the busiest tourist areas, but the tower is a seven-minute walk and great restaurants are three or four minutes away. Our room had beautiful traditional painted walls alongside a modern, stylish bathroom, and the room, bed, and bathroom were all extremely comfortable. We hope to return to Pisa and would absolutely stay here again.

My favorite place I’ve stayed in Italy so far. The old building has been beautifully renovated and still has character, with classic antique furniture and new, comfortable beds. The host is warm and charming, the kind of person who makes you smile. See you next time!

Beautiful frescoes run throughout this charming hotel, and a lot of care has gone into furnishing the rooms and guest spaces. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. The rooms were clean, with comfortable new mattresses, and it’s good value in a central but quiet location.
