Disgraceful stay. Dogs barked until 3 am, and other residents banged and slammed doors. People were screaming and shouting. I left and had to sleep at the airport, which felt highly unsafe. I reported it to the hotel, and they said a lady must have hearing aids. I asked booking.com for a refund, but the hotel wants nothing to do with it. Disgusting service. I’ll post a full review on social media with videos and images.

The hosts were friendly and helpful, and the room, bathroom, and kitchen were great and clean. Being right by the bus station was handy since I had to catch a FlixBus later that evening. The road is right next to the place, so I noticed the traffic noise, but it was bearable and I slept well. The Tower of Pisa is probably about a 10-minute walk away. I recommend staying here 😉

The room called Viola smelled strongly of cigarettes, and there was mould throughout, including in the bathroom. The heating was terrible, and there was no ventilation or apparent care. The service was very unprofessional. We weren’t expecting luxury, only a clean room, and this place was unacceptable. Mould can cause severe health problems and can even be deadly.

The house was very nice and clean, with a kitchen and good Wi-Fi. It’s a 5-minute walk to the city and the Tower of Pisa. Pam supermarket and the FlixBus station are also close, about a 5-minute walk.

You can walk to the tower from here, it isn’t far. The host is friendly and attentive, and replies quickly to messages. Just be aware that checking in after 9 pm can mean an extra 13€ charge.
