The owner was so friendly, kind, and helpful, which really made this place stand out from others I’ve stayed at. The property is secure, with access codes, and the garden is spacious, with a gazebo, comfy chairs, and tables for relaxing outside. My room was cool, comfortable, and practical, with a spotless, well-stocked bathroom. Everything was clean and well kept. I’ll definitely come back. Thanks again, and congratulations!

At almost 11 PM, the owner shouted at us in front of our one-year-old, saying children weren’t accepted, even though the apartment description clearly said they were welcome. Our little one was frightened and started crying. We contacted Booking.com, where we had booked, reported the woman’s behavior, and got a refund for the nights we didn’t use. It was a complete nightmare, and I strongly advise against staying here. I own apartments by the sea and can’t imagine treating someone that way, especially scaring a small child. This was the worst choice we could have made, and I’ve never come across such an incompetent owner.

We were left outside when my partner’s phone broke. She had saved the entry codes for the outside gate and room on it, and there was no doorman. We rang for help, but the owner answered aggressively and was incredibly rude and unpleasant. That kind of behavior is unacceptable in any accommodation, and the management ruined the experience. We won’t be back. We had booked this B&B because the photos showed a room with a hot tub, but there wasn’t one when we arrived. The outdoor pool was there, but it wasn’t freely available. It had to be reserved two days ahead, and that wasn’t clearly stated. Altogether, a total disappointment and an experience to forget.

The owners were welcoming, and the room was generally clean, though the toilet had been missed. The decor is coordinated but very unusual, so Rococo fans may like it. Shops are quite far away. There was a lot of noise from planes, trains, and road traffic, even at night, and soundproofing inside was poor. We could hear the owners’ evening, with phone calls, laughter, and singing. We didn’t dare make noise ourselves. The building’s location and layout aren’t ideal for travelers.
