The owner is very lovely, and I feel sorry for them, but several things need attention. A housekeeper greeted us while pretending to be the business owner, and the level of customer service was shocking. There were no towels or toiletries in the room, and with no breakfast included, it can’t really be called a B&B. Underage people are allowed to book, and there seemed to be no regard for other guests: doors slammed and people ran up the stairs all night. The room was very basic, with no Internet and human hair on the floor. I definitely won’t be back.

Simply awful. The room had no lock, and the two separate beds were both bad, one worse than the other. There was a French door opening onto an 'open access' terrace that wouldn’t shut. There were no small lights, just the main one, which was connected to a fan, so it was either no light or no fan. I had an early flight, otherwise I would’ve run away.

Hostess Paulla welcomed us so warmly, and we really appreciated her friendliness. The accommodations were in perfect shape too, clean, tidy, and comfortable.

It’s a bit far from the railway station, though there are bus stops nearby. It’s a house with 5-6 separate rooms and a shared bathroom. The rooms are well maintained, and the owner is always available to help.

Honestly, the whole thing felt like a bit of a joke. We were given the wrong room, it wasn't very clean, and neither was the shared bathroom. Customer service was handled over the phone.
