Such a great place to stay. Bike hire is free, breakfast was lovely, the coffee machine was really good, and the minibar was fully stocked.

The room was clean, and the bikes are a nice way to get into the center, only about 10 minutes away. But the neighborhood isn’t pleasant, and the room gets very noisy at night. They provide earplugs beforehand, which says something about the noise. They call it a bed and breakfast, though all we got was a basic breakfast box with nothing fresh and no cutlery. It was a pretty average stay. We booked because of the high Google rating, but in our view it really wasn’t worth it.

The rooms felt romantic and just right, and communication was easy and direct. We didn’t feel we were missing anything. It’s a little way from the town center, though the beautiful garden and free bike rental help make up for that. If I come back to Pisa, this will be my first choice.

Noemi was a really nice host, and the rooms have their own distinctive style. Breakfast comes in prepared boxes, which you can eat in the garden; it has a special atmosphere. You can walk to Piazza dei Miracoli and the tower in 15-20 minutes through a calm, safe neighborhood, and bikes are available too.

Noemi is such a kind, helpful host. The BnB is beautiful and absolutely spotless. Our room was bright and quiet, with a comfortable bed and thoughtful little details. Breakfast was generous and clearly made with care. We’ll definitely come back. Highly recommend :)
