We stayed at Casa delle Api, a couple of kilometers farther on from the Alveare farmhouse on the lake. It was our first visit to Lake Iseo, and the location worked out perfectly. The apartment had a large living room with a kitchen, a bedroom with a four-poster bed, and a bathroom. Everything felt comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the kitchen has a priceless view over the lake. Breakfast at the farmhouse was superb, and Barbara filled us in on what to know and see around Iseo. Superb!

The dinner at the attached farmhouse was delicious, and you could really feel how much care the owners and staff put into their work. The price was more than reasonable, too. I came across this place by chance on Booking.com and was pleasantly surprised: the rooms were beautiful, clean, welcoming, full of thoughtful details, and looked out over the lake. I can't wait to come back.

The lake view is beautiful, and the apartment is roomy with all the comforts you need. Spotlessly clean, one of the best places I've stayed.

The owners are kind but keep to themselves. Breakfast was fresh and wonderfully authentic, with everything we needed. The little village above Pisogne is lovely. The house is small and very shabby, but it has what you need.
