We especially enjoyed the kitchen and the ping-pong room at the back, and there was plenty of room inside to hang out. Villa de' Fiori is huge, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and was perfect for our family trip with 12+ guests. Elisa and her team were kind and professional, and gave us great information about the villa and the town nearby. Outside, we loved the private pool, kids’ play area, garden, and the lovely spaces for eating. You can walk to a restaurant, or drive into Pistoia for its many restaurants and grocery stores. The villa also worked well as a base for seeing Tuscany, with the train station in Pistoia and major Tuscan towns a 1-2 hour drive away. It exceeded all our expectations, and I’d recommend it to any large group visiting the area. I’m confident you’ll love it too!

Villa De Fiori was so picturesque that I used it as inspiration for one of the main settings in my new book. Both my characters and I loved the place, and I’m sure you will too.

We look forward to coming back every year. The chef always surprises us, and the restaurant's food is top-notch. Elena is a wonderful host, full of kindness and always present. The villa has a magical feel, with gardens that are consistently well kept. Even in winter, the rooms feel warm and are always clean and tidy, despite ceilings that are five meters high. As soon as we leave, we’re already looking forward to the next visit.
