A lovely apartment with everything needed for a short visit. The hostess was welcoming, kind, and happy to work around our needs. The one drawback was the cleaning: there was some dust on the furniture, and the floor wasn't very clean.

Mrs. Elisa gave us a warm welcome and was very hospitable and helpful during our three-day stay. The dinners included in the package at the restaurants she suggested were excellent. We came away with a positive impression.

I never got to try the property. When I called to book and mentioned my RegalBox gift box, the owner said they wouldn't accept it, even though the property appeared on the gift box's list. She said she'd get back to me the next day, but never did. I found that extremely rude. Ms. Ludovica Cosentino, Rome

A lovely spot for a weekend with an old-time feel, right near the center of a magical city. Parking is convenient, and the lovely Tuscan trattoria "Bettola" is just across the way.

Last night, as I was leaving the house where my father is staying temporarily, a woman chased after me and yelled. I later realized she was the owner, and maybe she thought I was a thief. If you work in hospitality, be polite: introduce yourself and explain that it's your house before shouting at someone. Once she realized she'd got it wrong, the awkward chatter didn't help. Stay away.
