The apartment itself was nice and clean. The problem was the owner, who was rude and unprofessional. I paid for the pass for the whole stay, but he requested it for fewer days. As a result, I got three fines for days I didn't know weren't covered. He showed no willingness to sort it out. He made the mistake, and I'm the one paying for it.

The host was so welcoming and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. We could check in early if it was possible. The place is right in central Pistoia, close to all the sights, and the room was roomy, clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, which really matters in summer. Definitely recommend it.

The place is central, spacious, and has a nice old-fashioned feel. We did run into trouble with the boiler, though. The radiators stayed cold and there was no hot water.
