The owner was really lovely. We only stayed one night and regret not being able to eat here too. They were getting lunch ready as we left, and it smelled so good!

The menu changes with the seasons and features classic Italian cooking, with fresh pasta made in house using local seasonal ingredients. The chef clearly understands traditional cuisine, and the food's quality comes through. There aren't many seats, which may suit people who are safety-minded, and there's a fantastic mountain view. It would be a lovely choice for a wedding or milestone celebration without being overly expensive. Treat yourself, and book ahead to see the amazing seasonal menu. The restaurant also serves a great range of classic and antique Italian dishes.

Serendipity has just two places to eat, and both are out of this world in their own way. This one is also a hotel. It’s hard to explain what it’s like when the owners’ family joins in for a big family dinner and makes Ravioli Di DIO. The best. Grazie Dio.
