Appartamento Isabella

I only got to stay one night, which was a shame. The apartment is right in the center of Pistoia, a city I remember very fondly, and has all the comforts. We were welcomed warmly. Beautiful place, highly recommended 😊

Before we reached Pistoia, the owner arranged a permit for us to enter the restricted traffic zone and parked his car near the apartment so we could unload our luggage easily. He was very kind and attentive to what guests need. The apartment itself is simple, but has every comfort, and the location is very central. I'd highly recommend it.

Staying in the historic center made it easy to get to the sights, and the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was kind and helpful. He found me a parking space and didn't even charge me for a car permit! The hard part was the scorching August heat. Even with fans in the bedrooms, I struggled to sleep. A few extra pillows in the closets would help people like me who have trouble sleeping on thin ones.

We had a great stay. The apartment is a little dated, but perfectly clean, equipped with every service, and right in the center. Alberto, the owner, was thoughtful, helpful, and kind.
