The heating was a letdown on both mornings of my second stay. I reported the issue at 7:15 a.m., but the rooms, especially the bathroom, were still cold the next morning. On the first day I’d been told there was a fault. It’s a shame, since I’d really liked the property on my first visit. The rooms themselves are welcoming and well kept, though the stairs up to them are very steep. Mine looked out onto a garden full of recycled materials. I know that’s not directly the property’s responsibility, but it wasn’t a great view. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the Pertini parking lot, and it’s an easy, pleasant walk into the city center.

A short walk of about 10 minutes gets you to the city center, so it’s a great spot if you like walking. The room was clean and cozy, though on the small side.
