Roberto was impeccable. The suite is central and convenient, just steps from the Duomo. After a few stairs, you enter a pleasant, well-furnished hallway with a large sofa and TV. Beyond that is an eat-in kitchen with a big fridge, an oven, and all the equipment you need. The bedroom is spacious, with a chest of drawers and a simple built-in closet. The bathroom is well equipped and cleverly arranged across three levels, though the toilet and bidet are narrow, low, and cramped. It’s an original setup, but a little uncomfortable.

The apartment has plenty of space and everything you need, even basics like morning coffee and cooking oil. There’s also a washing machine on the mezzanine, which is handy for a longer stay. Its central location puts you close to the Duomo and the little square full of bars for an aperitivo. We had a great time. When we had trouble with the heating, the manager came straight over and even called a plumber during the holidays. And if you arrive by car, the owner can issue a permit for entering and parking in the ZTL, which is very convenient.

The owner was extremely helpful and kept us promptly informed. The apartment is centrally located, making it easy to explore Pistoia on foot. The bathroom is a little small, but that’s manageable in a mini-apartment. I highly recommend it.

The rest of the place was really pleasant, though the bathroom felt too small.
