The owner and staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful, served in a room looking out onto a beautiful terrace. The rooms were lovely, clean, and well cared for, and the historic center location was very convenient.

I paid a good price for a comfortable B&B in central Pistoia. My double room was excellent, with a comfortable bed, though it ran a little warm despite having air conditioning. The TV felt too small or too far away, but I didn't mind. Everything was extremely clean, and the bathroom and shower were excellent. The hostess was attentive and kind, and breakfast was varied and excellent. The Romanian woman serving breakfast was friendly and helpful, and made me a delicious coffee.

The location puts you right in the lively historic center, and the owner is incredibly kind and helpful. Market days make parking tricky, but they explain the options and even help find a spot. Entry is secure with an electronic key, and there’s a kitchen if you’d like to eat in. Breakfast is excellent, with a special arrangement at the pastry shop downstairs. That place deserves its own review. Highly recommend.
