Casa Marta

We had a lovely three-day stay in May. The house matched its description and is well placed for visiting the sights, while being away from the bustle. The dogs had space to run and play, and Mrs. Rita was very kind and helpful. I recommend it.

Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, Casa Marta is a peaceful place for a quiet holiday, and our four dogs had a wonderful time with us. There's plenty to see nearby too.

We rented both apartments, Casa Marta and Casa Rita, with friends, so the roughly 800 square meters of lawn were all ours, along with our two dogs. The apartments are simple but have everything you need. We ate breakfast and dinner on the lovely porch at its big table, and made use of the barbecue too. The owner who greeted us was kind and friendly. From the property, we could walk through the greenery to a spring and the remains of a necropolis without getting in the car. There are also wading pools for the dogs and one for us. The setting is enchanting, with lots of nature and cultural routes for walks and hikes. We'll definitely be back.

Casa Marta is in a stunning spot on a green hillside among vineyards, not far from Pitignano and the surrounding villages. We spent a few lovely days there and took some nice walks. It was so peaceful and enchanting. The large garden was perfect for pets, with deck chairs, sun loungers, a pool for adults, one for dogs, and a barbecue. The apartment was spotless and had every comfort. Ms. Rita was such a lovely person, friendly and helpful. We'll come back! 10 out of 10!
