The hotel looks nice, and the pool is huge, but the stay was very disappointing. There were no towels available, the AC was broken, and WiFi only worked in the lobby. Roberto and Rosa at the front desk tried to help but didn’t have the authority to fix anything. I was charged €50 more than the Booking.com price for a second person to stay in my room. For a hotel this size and at this price, I expected it to be better prepared for the start of the beach season. The manager went home knowing about the AC and other problems.

The rooms were okay, though old and not very clean. We came as a group with dinner and breakfast included, and dinner was a disaster. My pasta took an hour and a half because I needed it gluten-free, and the quality was poor. They were hosting a wedding party but hadn’t hired extra waiters, so just six waiters had to serve both the wedding and us. When we complained about the service, the owner was disrespectful.

The sea is lovely and clean. There’s still a lot that could be improved elsewhere.
