Residence Sabbia Di Marinella

There isn't much going on in the evenings, so you need to head into Pizzo town if you want to see anything. Apart from that, nothing is missing, and I recommend it. We stayed from August 5 to 19, four of us plus my one-year-old daughter. It's a welcoming property with an elevator for strollers, a large clean pool, and both public and private beach nearby. We chose a three-room apartment. It was spacious, with a fairly large kitchen-living room, a terrace for outdoor meals, two bathrooms, and a storage room. Enrico's ice cream shop is nearby and very good.

Everything was kept very tidy. There’s a shared pool, a garden, and common areas, and the location is lovely, just a few meters from the Tyrrhenian Sea.

A good quiet base for exploring the area by car, with roomy, comfortable apartments, an elevator, private parking, and a shared pool. The pool has different depths, so both children and adults can use it, which matters given the recent problems with the sea around Pizzo. There isn’t much to do in the evenings, though, and forget about strolling into town without taking the car.

The pool and park were excellent, and the agents kept to their schedules. We stayed in apartment D10, which was clean and comfortable, with appliances, air conditioning, and everything we needed, especially for the children. Excellent.
