Lual Bleisure Hotel

What made Hotel Lual feel so welcoming was the family-run atmosphere and how warmly everyone treated us. The staff were attentive, cheerful, and always willing to help, and the small thoughtful touches made us feel like part of the family. The accommodations were lovely, and every detail of our stay felt just right. My family had a wonderful time, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Hotel Lual is a lovely choice if you want a warm, genuine stay with great service.

We spent five days at Lual hotel while visiting family nearby. The kids were happiest at the beautiful pool, and we enjoyed the food at the onsite restaurant on several visits. The hotel itself is gorgeous and very, very clean. What really made it stand out was the staff. They put in a lot of effort and went out of their way to make sure guests had a good stay. I honestly have nothing negative to say and would definitely recommend it to anyone staying around Pofi.

There’s a lot of room to improve, though this could be a good hotel. The rooms are spacious and modern, it’s easy to get to by car from the highway, and there’s plenty of parking. The big windows let in morning sun with no way to block it, so I woke very early. Darkening curtains are needed. Breakfast is basic and finishes too soon, at 9:30 am. The croissants are premade and reheated. Dinner service was slow, though the food was good, and my minibar wasn’t restocked even after I asked. Outside breakfast and dinner, service was nonexistent, including at the pool.

The restaurant and staff were both great, and there’s a really nice pool too. It’s a modern, new hotel, with Pofi village just a 10-minute walk away. A great find.
