We mainly needed somewhere to sleep for the night, and for a budget stay it was okay. There's a big supermarket nearby, and the room itself was average. The soundproofing was really poor, especially around the connecting room doors, and they still use traditional keys. Breakfast was a limited spread of sausage strips, scrambled eggs, bread, and cornflakes. The staff were also inflexible about the allocated breakfast time: they sent us back to our room to wait, even though the dining area was basically empty. They call it a local 4-star hotel, but it didn't match the international standard we know.

It looked more like a 1-star hotel to me, despite the 4-star claim, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. The room was dirty, including the blanket, and the floor left my feet black. There were no sandals, kettle, or phone in the room. I was told by the receptionist that water was available, but there was none. Breakfast had little variety and they weren't ready to accommodate tourist groups.

The room was pleasant and got cleaned every day, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed three nights for a wedding in the vineyards, and the price was great. Breakfast was a basic continental spread, with bacon and scrambled eggs too. I saw some poor reviews before booking, but that wasn't my experience. I'd happily stay again.

The room turned out to be comfortable and nice, which was a pleasant surprise after seeing the hotel's poor Google reviews. There's also a large supermarket less than a five-minute walk away.
