The garage gives you secure parking overnight, though getting in takes some skill because it opens onto a road that's busy at rush hour. There's also free, safe and convenient parking outside by the railway station. Breakfast was delicious, served in the kitchen or on the outside balcony, though late September was already too cold for us to sit out there. Simone works hard to meet guests' needs and find good products. The pastries from a local patisserie were freshly baked and heavenly, with plenty of yogurt, jams, fruit, coffee, milk, cappuccino, and juices. He was friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms are modern, newly redecorated, nicely designed, spacious in the bathroom, and very clean. This B&B in the centre of Poggibonsi is a real hidden gem. The price was extremely low for such perfect service. Highly recommended!

After weeks on the road, I needed a couple of nights of proper rest, and Simone made me feel at home from the start. The rooms are nicely done with lots of real wood, the breakfast is healthy, and there's a brilliant pizzeria just a stone's throw away. Simone handles everything, owner, cleaner, caterer, receptionist, and nothing was too much trouble. He was always smiling and full of positive energy. I got up late and missed the main breakfast, but he was already making fresh orange juice. Coffee was no problem either, and I could help myself anytime. Netflix was logged in and ready to go. The breakfast setup is relaxed, and he clearly cares about the place and his guests. Best place I've ever stayed. Perfecto! Grazie Mille. I hope to come back one day.

Simone, a third generation Poggibonsian, was an amazing host. He even offered to drive us to our early flight in Florence, and his deep knowledge of Tuscany led to excellent suggestions for sightseeing. The accommodations were excellent.

Simone treats guests like family. We had a very good stay, and I highly recommend this place for a night.
