It's cozy and comfortable rather than fancy, and the host was kind and shared lots of useful local advice. Tea, coffee, and snacks were available to guests throughout the day, which helped. The room was very clean, and it was mostly quiet around us. There is a local road beside the building, so trucks sometimes pass. We only spent a little time here, but enjoyed the fantastic view from the comfortable chairs. The host also makes a lovely breakfast to start the day.

The property is clean and spacious, with the basics covered and a lovely garden to relax in. The host was helpful and knowledgeable, and spoke good English. It's a great place to stay while visiting Tuscany: Poggibonsi is a 10 minute drive for everyday shopping, and Florence, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, and many smaller charming places are an hour or less away.

A dream of a place. The piano, fireflies, and beautiful sunset made it feel magical. I've never been anywhere in Italy quite like it. I recommend it, though words don't really do it justice.

We loved Gianni's piano playing and all the useful tips he gave us on places to visit. The relaxed feel was much nicer than staying in a hotel. Our room was comfortable, the view was lovely, and breakfast was delicious. We'd definitely stay here again if we return.
