The rooms were clean, and Joseph was a great host. He gave us a list of places to see, and everywhere we went was amazing. We stayed here for four days and were very happy. I’ll visit again the next time I’m in the area.

We spent four nights at the property, from March 4, 2026 - March 8, 2026. The common areas were very clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly, as other reviews have mentioned. It’s a quiet, convenient base if you’re driving. My boyfriend and I had no trouble getting to Campo Imperatore and L'Aquila. The kitchen had good equipment, though it was a little small.

Joseph welcomed us kindly at the start of the year and gave us all the information we needed for a relaxed three-night stay in the three-room apartment. The place was generally clean and had all the comforts, including cooking facilities. Parking right in front was convenient, and the bean-to-cup coffee machine was a plus. One small drawback: neither of the two bathrooms had a bidet, and the view wasn’t the best.

The owner was very kind and always available, and there’s plenty of parking right outside. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, one double bed and two single beds, each with its own bathroom, plus a large, well-equipped kitchen. It’s about 20 minutes from Campo Imperatore and well placed for lots of activities. Highly recommended.
