I was especially glad to find a good variety of tasty vegetarian food during my three-night stay. The staff were courteous, professional, and always ready to help. A very pleasant experience, and thanks to the whole team for their warm hospitality.

I’ve stayed here during several work trips, and the quality has been consistent every time. When you’re away from home for business, that matters a lot to me. The rooms are clean, the furniture is new, the hosts are polite and professional, and the food is VERY VERY GOOD. I’m Italian, so I mean that. For my routine, it feels like a six-star experience, though objectively I’d give it five.

The staff were courteous and quick to respond, and they dealt with the ants the day after I complained. There were a lot of them in the room on the very first day, which made for a really bad start. The food was good, and overall it was good value. The AC and Wi-Fi could use some improvement.

The staff were helpful and the restaurant was good. The bed felt a little hard. Downtown Poirino is about a five-minute walk away, but if you’re heading into Turin without a car, you’ll need a taxi.

A good business hotel for a stay. The room and bathroom were both clean and spacious, and the staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was a good standard continental spread. Thanks.
