The food was good, the staff were great, and the place was clean, warm, comfortable, and nicely decorated. But the WiFi is useless. Would it be so difficult to bring in a small IT company and make sure every room has working WiFi? It's a shame for a 5 star place to get a 2 star rating over something that seems so easy to fix.

Good evening, just a few things to mention. The food was good, but I felt very uncomfortable with the management. For example, I had to pay before I could enjoy the aperol spritz I'd ordered.

A really nice, clean hotel. The staff are helpful, and it's possible to get food after midnight.
