The view was amazing, and the staff were really nice. My room was clean and spacious, and I had a great one-night stay at a decent price. I happened to be alone in the room and got the huge common room to myself that evening. Breakfast was nice, and there are two sofas and a TV. One small thing could be improved: people could be asked to put their names and dates on food in the fridge. Some things seemed to have been there for a while.

The stay is probably fine for a few nights, but I wouldn't choose it for a whole holiday. It's hard to find, and although the location is good, the surrounding restaurants and parties make it really loud at night. The breakfast wasn't edible for me: just dry Zwieback, biscuits, and packaged croissants, without even butter. The doors to the room and bathroom were loud too, and I woke several times when someone came in or went to the bathroom.

The views were great, and the place was simple and clean. Getting there means climbing several flights of stone steps, so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. Parking is paid public parking only, and after parking you'll need to walk or catch a bus.

The staff and the views here are incredible, and I couldn't be happier with my stay. We did run out of hot water, and the WiFi wasn't great, but those things didn't change how much I loved the place. I left my $500 glasses behind and figured I'd never see them again. They shipped them straight to my doorstep. I can't get over how wonderful these people are.

The place was spotless, bright, and spacious, with a perfect spot overlooking the port and harbour. The views are amazing. Yolanda at reception was brilliant, friendly, and so helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend.
